Mierzwa Excavation is committed to providing reliable excavation and demolition services. Due to the nature of construction and site work, refunds are limited and subject to the following policy.
Service Cancellations
Refunds may only be issued if a project or service is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled start date.
Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure project scheduling, equipment reservation, or material preparation. Deposits are generally non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled project start date.
Completed Work
Once excavation, demolition, or site work has begun, services are considered rendered and are not eligible for refunds.
Project Changes
If project scope changes occur before work begins, pricing adjustments may be made accordingly.
Payment Processing
Payments made through our website may be processed securely through third-party providers such as Wix Payments. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued through the original payment method when possible.
